Best hamburgers ever in Catania! I thought I was not gonna make it but I did it in the end... I took a Ever Green hamburger and my girl friend took Ostiense, very very good. I had a chance to meet the owners who were very welcoming. If you are ever in the area please take the opportunity to pop in. Highly Recommended!
Terrible experience and worse for 0 score, when I booked the burger and pay for the money at 8:10pm in Uber Eats, this restaurant did not send the food to me.
Pretty good and fast actually a perfect place to eat fast and well beside not that expensive.
That thing in the bun that pretended to be meat was disgusting. The Delivery Guy does not know a single word of English. This food was not edible.

It's not the first time I've ordered from them via Glovo, it must be said that they have always been delayed by at least 20 minutes but today it was really embarrassing to have ordered at 9pm to receive the order well after 11pm.
Yes, I received an apology and reasons, but I would have preferred that given the difficulty they had in the evening (they say excessive influx of people and lack of staff) they had refused the order so as to allow me to order elsewhere and eat at a decent time.
For the rest the sandwiches are average, nothing sensational apart from the size, among other things today in particular the meat seemed to me to be of a lower quality than other times.

Order placed with Glovo at 8.40pm, I discover that the place has its own riders; therefore you do not receive any updates from the app. Delivery expected at 9.30pm maximum but everything arrives at 10.30pm. Ok, patience, we can get over it.
The sandwich as a whole isn't bad (even if it's not worth the wait), if it weren't for the fact that I ordered a horse meat burger and, in Catania I expect it to be very good, but instead it doesn't seem that way either in the 'appearance and not even taste. It was low quality and looked more like industrial meat like chicken or turkey hamburgers that you can easily find in the supermarket. A big shame because in the photo things look good
ridiculous service to say the least, the order arrived after 2 and a half hours. the excuse was that it was raining hard and they couldn't move, they just had to cancel the order, which wasn't possible even by writing to deliveroo (which among other things couldn't even contact the restaurant because they didn't answer calls) . Furthermore, the owner was rude on the phone, claiming it was the fault of the person ordering (it wasn't raining at my house so I couldn't have known there were problems, which among other things other restaurants in the same area haven't encountered)
I ordered dinner via Just Eat at 7.30pm with an arrival at 8.30pm, seeing that the order did not arrive, I called at 8.35pm to ask what had happened with my order; the boy who answered me very rude and rude, he didn't give me time to ask him if it was possible to do something or cancel the order and he immediately, with an air of indifference, told me he was canceling the order and hung up the call in my face. After this I called back to the facility to ask him for a refund of the order since he had charged me the money on the card and I calmly told him that we were not behaving in this way and he very rudely and frustrated replied that he didn't needed my sermons and hung up on me again.
At this point I think that the reviews were more than truthful, thank goodness I didn't receive the order, I wouldn't have wanted to get food poisoning an hour and a half late, as has already happened to others.
